Where this is going.
The mission doesn’t change: you, fully in the room, while the logistics run themselves. The roadmap is just that mission reaching more practitioners. We’re early, we build with practicing counsellors, and we’d rather this page be short and true than long and aspirational.

The solo practice, handled
- AI receptionist on WhatsApp — inquiries, intake forms, slot offers, crisis-aware escalation
- Self-serve booking page synced with Google Calendar, Meet links on every online session
- Session notes drafted from voice dictation (SOAP / DAP), encrypted, signed by you
- Reminders, approved follow-ups, Razorpay payment nudges, and a weekly practice digest

Practices that grow
- Multi-practitioner clinics — a shared front desk, per-practitioner calendars and notes, admin roles
- Deeper practice analytics — no-show patterns, session mix, revenue trends over time

Everything under “Today” runs now, in real practices. Everything else ships the same way the rest of Mayva does — encrypted, logged, and with you approving every action.
